My experience here has been incredible! The staff is so kind, respectful, helpful and friendly. My unit was very clean when I moved in and everything worked great. The facility is very secure and safe. I am able to discard my garbage and cardboard and they were able to pick up wooden Pallets and haul them away when needed. All concerns/questions were answered in a timely manner as well.
I HIGHLY recommend grabbing a unit here for your storage needs. You will feel like part of a family!

My husband and I used their parking spots and a storage unit at this Sentinel. We had the best customer service here. We directly dealt with Connie for all of our storage needs and she is great at what she does. She’s was able to help us out when we needed changes last minute, she was understanding of our needs, and overall just a lovely person to deal with. Great job Connie and thank you Sentinel for being so accommodating.

The staff provided consistent exceptional service ... friendly staff that were efficient and so professional. We will definitely use their space again in the future if need be.
