The service was amazing, i wish i could tip the lady working at the front desk on dec 19, 2024 during the closing time. I called them to arrange a unit that i prebooked with them, the lady realy helped me and made the unit ready in the last 15 minutes of closing. I would realy like to put farward a word for her raise or a bonus. People like her are required in this world to make this it a batter place to live, God bless her.

All the customer support and the customer service the in-store manager provided was amazing and everything was done in a timely manner and I would recommend anybody that I know that needs to store anything anywhere to give you guys a call so thank you for all the great help and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

We have been to this storage facility many times and every time has been a great experience. When we come here we always see Orysia and she is always kind, professional and very helpful. We strongly recommend this sentinel storage. We will continue using this location specifically.

I have recently needed storage for a short period. I called around and was amazed how frequently my calls were not returned or returned days later. Not the case with Sentinel Storage. The gentleman on the telephone was friendly and helpful and the staff at the location were fantastic to deal with. I recommend this loctto anyone on the South of Edmonton looking to be treated well and receive a professional experience. I will absolutely use them again the next time I need storage.
