The service can not be beat at this location, we were shocked that Nicole knew exactly what we needed in regards to sizing and space. Very friendly service, only downside was how the uhaul was left for us. Windshield covered in ice and snow, I’d expect it to be ready for us to drive away in. Overall no other issues.

Reception area is neat and tidy with a variety of moving boxes and supplies. The facility itself feels clean and well-maintained. I like that there is an overhead light inside my storage unit. This has been the best experience I have had with a storage company. The unit was very clean, the doors, lights, locking mechanism in excellent shape. In the winter snow is cleared quickly and thoroughly allowing immediate access to your drive-up unit. The office staff are excellent and very friendly. No problems so far, very happy and with a very competitive price for the size, quality, and security of the unit and facility.
