Excellent experience. Neat clean, secure with locks and stuff. Customer service; Amanda was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I just rented a storage room today, and I was even provided with a free lock. The room and elevator were clean, with a high ceiling, Let's see how it goes, and I'll update my review accordingly.

Great customer service! I was able to start my storage when they had an amazing 4 week deal and they were very prompt to contact me and get things set up. The 10 x 20 unit is perfect for my needs and is clean. The grounds are well maintained. Thanks Kensie for all your time getting me checked in.

Both people working were extremely kind and easy to work with. Even though they were extremely busy, both kept good customer service attitudes and were extremely helpful getting me all set up. This is my second time using sentinel storage, and I would highly recommend them to anyone and use them again. Always appreciated guys keep up the good work. :)

Everyone from Charity at the Call center, to Amanda and the team at the actual location have been very welcoming, polite, honest, and in general great people to interact with!
The storage unit is in a safe location and is also very clean upon inspection
Thank you everyone for helping me with making my move to Edmonton a less stressful experience
