I’m very impressed with the level of service at Cubeit/StorageVault Canada. The pricing was excellent and the communication throughout the process was outstanding. Maggie in particular was a pleasure to work with. She asked all the right questions and provided clear, helpful information to make sure everything went smoothly. The delivery was seamless and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. Highly recommend!

From the start the people at Cubeit were extremely helpful. The pricing was the best I could find, and the storage container when delivered was far better than I expected. the delivery personnel were very friendly, experienced and answered all questions I came up with. They lowered the container onto my exposed aggregate driveway with such a gentle hand that there was no chance of any damage, which was one of my concerns that the delivery people assured me would not happen. I've seen a lot of bins get dropped off at construction sites, were the bin is lowered at one end and then basically dragged off the truck. This is completely opposite from the folks at Cubit. They have a mechanical arm that lifts the container off the truck and sets it down all four corners simultaneously. Such a great system! Going forward, I will use this Canadian owned company any time I need extra storage or for moving purposed!

Simran was friendly, helpful, pleasant and very accommodating. I ordered the cube late on Monday, Simran called the next morning to confirm all the details. She went over the process, took my credit card info, told me I’d get a text from the driver the next day with time of delivery and emailed me a diagram from google confirming placement. Wednesday received the text from the driver telling us he’d be there in 6 to 36 minutes and yes he was. Drop off was smooth and driver very nice. What a smooth process it all was!
