I’m very impressed with the level of service at Cubeit/StorageVault Canada. The pricing was excellent and the communication throughout the process was outstanding. Maggie in particular was a pleasure to work with. She asked all the right questions and provided clear, helpful information to make sure everything went smoothly. The delivery was seamless and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. Highly recommend!

Cubeit was very informative on the services they provide. The staff was very friendly to deal with. Overall they made everything with the move to our new home seamless. We had to alter plans with move-in dates and were very easy to adjust our dates. Overall a good experience Thank You

I have only good things to say about this company and the people that work for it!!! They do everything within their power to make sure that your needs are met when you need them to be the most!!! No word of a lie I called them on a Friday at almost 5:00 pm because I was sick in the hospital for so long that my lease had ended and I didn't even remember when it was going to expire so when I called my landlord almost a full month after it had expired they told me that when they didn't hear from me for so long (at that point I had been in the hospital for just over 3 months) they just assumed that I didn't need my apartment anymore and they had already rented it out for the first of the month which was 8 days away... They also informed me that I had called them just in time if I still wanted my belongings because they were going to be entering the premises the following day and were going to be throwing everything out so I still had a chance to gather them and take them to storage...At first I was relieved and said thank God!!! Only one problem/hurdle to jump... They also let me know that I only had until midnight the following night to get everything out!!! I panicked at first because I didn't think it was going to be possible at all and I started sorting through my racing thoughts and praying...All of a sudden PODS came to mind!!! Maybe I still had a chance!!! I did a quick google search on my phone and Cubeit was the first place that popped up...I thought for sure that I would have to make multiple calls to figure things out and I was running out of time fast!!! Shockingly I only had to make just one single call after all!!! They apologized for not being able to drop the container that night but would make sure that it was first thing in the morning with the only size they had left and depending upon what time I was done packing it up they would either pick it up the same night or the next morning and that a lock would be provided and all of this at a reasonable price that I could afford WITHOUT a sizeable deposit!!! Good thing I didn't go directly to the place in person because I probably would have kissed the person I spoke with and would have ended up with criminal charges instead of a POD!!! LOL. At any rate, everything was handled perfectly and professionally by all of the staff members that I personally dealt with and I didn't lose anything!!! I can't tell you or them how much it meant to me then and still does to this day which is where my belongings are still being safely held just waiting for me to find a new place which I am bubbling with great anticipation at the thought of finally finding and know that I will with God's help when the time is right!!! Sorry for rambling on for this long...I didn't intend for a gargantuan pile of verbal vomit to come bubbling up and land on this comment page however I felt that their fast, efficient, reliable, trustworthy, honest, professional and kind way of dealing with things deserved to not only be acknowledged but celebrated and I hope that is how this comment is perceived by all who read it if they even come close to reading this all the way to the end!!!
