Rebecca, the site manager, is an absolute gem and made my experience top-notch! I love these brand new facilities and how clean they are. Simple process and very customer oriented in how they run this facility. They are also some of the best prices I've ever found for indoor storage anywhere, so I will definitely be coming back to Elite when I need it again! Thank you, Elite Self Storage North! Oh, and they gave me a welcome bag when I first moved in with some essentials for moving like tape and a stressball. Very thoughtful.

Clean, professional, brand new facility! Two truck level loading docks plus three drive in bays, so you can load/unload comfortably. Rebecca was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating for our needs. Couldn’t imagine a better experience. I am so pleased with the service from Elite Self Storage. I have been here since about April. What struck me initially was how clean the place was, how conscientious Rebecca was. Joe was super helpful too. I wanted to state that my review would be six stars if it could be. They let me know that my storage locker had not been locked fully. I hadn’t pushed the bar all the way closed. So I promptly forgot about that. They followed up with a couple of emails and I have just gone and rectified my situation. So what that tells me is that they do a walk-through every night. They look after this place like nobody’s business. Every time I have come in, Rebecca has been such a help. She’s super friendly and always has an answer to my questions. If you are in the market for a storage locker, I couldn’t recommend Elite Self Storage anymore. I’ve heard the same thing from other people too.😁
