Vincent the Manager is an Amazing Man. He keeps it very clean.
He helped me and goes above and beyond. He EXPLAINS things, so there are NO Surprises. He has helpful suggestions and his ALL around Sunny Disposition.
The Prices are higher than the rest...wish Vincent could lower them to be more inline with the rest and comparable...😉

Absolutely outstanding experience at Elite Self Storage North Edmonton!
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how immaculate and well maintained the entire facility is everything is spotless, organized, and feels extremely secure. You can tell they take real pride in keeping the place in top shape.
A huge thank you to Vince, who went above and beyond to make my experience smooth and stress
free. He personally showed me around the facility, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly professional, courteous, and kind throughout the process. It’s rare to see customer service at this level, Vince truly takes care of his customers like family.
If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and professionally managed storage facility in Edmonton, I couldn’t recommend this location enough. I’m genuinely glad I chose to store my car here peace of mind from start to finish!

I had an excellent experience renting with Elite Self Storage. The facility was consistently clean, well-organized, and temperature-controlled, ensuring my belongings were always stored safely. The availability of convenient on-site parking made moving items in and out much easier. We had an amazing experience with this storage facility from start to finish. As a young couple looking for an affordable and secure unit, the staff were so patient and helpful while showing us all of our options. They really took the time to make sure we got exactly what we needed without any pressure.
Even after we canceled our unit a month or two ago, one of the team members noticed we’d been accidentally charged and personally called to apologize and process a refund right away. That kind of honesty and attention to detail honestly blew us away — it’s rare to see that level of care and integrity these days.
Affordable, professional, and genuinely kind people — we couldn’t recommend them more!
