I chose Elite Self Storage South Edmonton for the recent relocation of my home and my small business from Ontario, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. From my initial contact with their Facility Manager, Mitch, and with other team members, my interactions have all been professional, helpful, and genuinely committed to making my move go as smoothly as possible.
Moving can be stressful, but their excellent communication, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond gave me complete peace of mind. They made shipping and storing my belongings simple and secure, allowing me to focus on the other aspects of my move.

I want to take a moment to share my appreciation for the incredible service and experiences with Elite. I have rented storage spaces in both North and South locations in Edmonton and they are always above and beyond. The staff are extremely accomodating, reliable, flexible with emergency situations and genuinely kind and compassionate. They keep their properties clean, well protected and the rates are easily the best in the city.

Great facility, very clean and doesn’t smell like other storage companies. Mitch, Bernice and Angela are all great to work with and provide great service with a friendly approach. Would recommend.

Mitch was amazing! At first, I was looking for a place that could take care of my vehicle and some home items while I’ll be away for over half a year. I kept changing my mind because I wanted to find a facility I could truly trust.
When I visited this location, Mitch was very patient with me — showing me different storage units, explaining which ones were closer to the elevator and easier to access. The facility itself is clean, quiet, and well-maintained.
I also checked out other facilities, but what really made me decide to stay here was Mitch. His professionalism and patience made all the difference. Highly recommend!

This is a well-managed, well-run storage facility. Mitch and his team keep the place spotless and well-maintained. It's well-secured but still easy to access your belongings. They are easy to contact in-person, by phone, and also by email. I kept my things there for several years worry-free, and will definitely return if I need storage again.
