This place is awful, I deal with customer service all day every day for my job and I have never in my life heard of a company not returning emails or phone calls to a customer. My baby daddy came into some hard times over the holidays. He kept in contact with them letting them know what’s going on. They won’t accept payments they want it all in full. Well how does one pay all in full when they missed payments due to the holidays and the extreme cold weather as he works outsides. And he has rent and bills to pay, and also has a new baby. His grandmother recently passed away and left him a few items that mean quite a bit to him. They wouldn’t communicate with him, and wouldn’t allow him in to grab his sentimental items which I think is one of the rudest things ever!! Anyways I guess what I’m asking is, is there anyone out there willing to help him out? As it’s in auction right now and he has till 10 am tomorrow, or is there anyone who has a suggestion on what to do to get some of the items back that his grandmother had left him?

Awful customer service and never-ending increase of rates and fees. Charging fees simply to process your payments and fees for administration to do their job. They insist that you need to pay for their insurance even when you've demonstrated that you have your own property insurance.

Stay away! Go down the road! Horrible experience. Had items stolen from my storage unit and the process was painful to say the least. Their insurance company and policy doesn't come close to competitors. Forms signed vs forms that the insurance company had were different. Conveniently, there were limits that weren't on the forms that were signed. Their customer service, especially from "head office" is a laugh. No reply to phone calls. Miscommunication amongst themselves. Attempts to express my dissatisfaction were made only to be met with "there's nothing we can do" or for calls and emails to be ignored with no reply. Not worth the savings. Not worth the "convenient" hours. Not worth anything.

Well, while things can be tricky having no employee on site and having lots of emails and links sent from a bot system but having had interacted with the head office a few times, they really came through in helping me out in a time of need and were understanding. Its always good to talk to a human. Appreciated.
