The customer service associates were so incredibly helpful and compassionate. We needed to secure a unit on very short notice and they guided us through the process smoothly and alleviated so much stress for us. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Das, Cere and Patricia were very helpful with my move into and out of the storage unit. Parking space is locked and secured. I struggled to back in once and they were very patient as I struggled past closing.

Very sweet receptionists. Fast and efficient. Easy to locate lockers. They also do a very thorough walk through with you. Over all I highly recommend storing with them

There's no one in that storage place ever, but at least the main office is a block away, and it's pretty easy to get into and no need to sign out when done. There's only 1 big cart - would be nice if there was at least two, or maybe a big one and a smaller one.
There's tonnes of unclaimed units in there. Sentinel isn't the cheapest storage place in town, but they provided good service, and at least this is a place I can get to fairly easily, compared with the U-Haul I was at before, which was cheaper but farther away. (And it had a fire, which damaged a portion of my stuff - which is why I don't quite trust them now).
