can’t say enough good things about Laura and Hailey! They are super friendly, helpful, and just genuinely nice people. They made the whole process easy and stress-free from start to finish for my dad. They took the time to answer all his questions and made sure he got the right storage unit for what he needed. The place is always clean and feels really safe, but what really makes it stand out is the staff — they truly care about their customers. It’s not often you get service this good anymore. Highly recommend!

Staff were extremely friendly, the facility was very clean and well kept. It was easy to get set up and I think it’s good value for your money. The company itself does not let you bring your own lock, so expect to pay an extra $20 for that and $29 as a one time admin fee, making it essentially a $50 start up fee on top of the cost of the unit.

We had a fantastic experience with Orysia at Sentinel Storage on 63rd Ave. She was able to get us set up with a spot to store our trailer for the weekend on short notice. The service was friendly, quick and convenient. We would definitely go back again!

First time renting a storage unit at Sentinel Storage, Argyll/63Av: from the minute we entered the office, we had a very pleasant customer experience. Orysia was fantastic: from showing us around and answering all our questions to setting us up in no time. The facility itself is clean, easy to access and to navigate around and the available equipment makes loading/unloading a breeze. All in all, this is a great place to store and keep your belongings safe and sound.
