can’t say enough good things about Laura and Hailey! They are super friendly, helpful, and just genuinely nice people. They made the whole process easy and stress-free from start to finish for my dad. They took the time to answer all his questions and made sure he got the right storage unit for what he needed. The place is always clean and feels really safe, but what really makes it stand out is the staff — they truly care about their customers. It’s not often you get service this good anymore. Highly recommend!

Staff were extremely friendly, the facility was very clean and well kept. It was easy to get set up and I think it’s good value for your money. The company itself does not let you bring your own lock, so expect to pay an extra $20 for that and $29 as a one time admin fee, making it essentially a $50 start up fee on top of the cost of the unit.

I’ve been a customer with Sentinel Storage for years now, and I can honestly say that Lura is the best. She is always professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping customers. Every time I need assistance, she goes above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free.

This was my first time renting a storage unit, so I was honestly a bit nervous and didn’t know what to expect. But the staff at Sentinel Storage Argyll made everything so smooth and stress-free! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, helpful, and super accommodating. The entire process—from paperwork to moving in—was seamless. I really appreciate how hassle-free they made it. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for secure storage with great customer service!
