can’t say enough good things about Laura and Hailey! They are super friendly, helpful, and just genuinely nice people. They made the whole process easy and stress-free from start to finish for my dad. They took the time to answer all his questions and made sure he got the right storage unit for what he needed. The place is always clean and feels really safe, but what really makes it stand out is the staff — they truly care about their customers. It’s not often you get service this good anymore. Highly recommend!

This was my first time renting a storage unit, so I was honestly a bit nervous and didn’t know what to expect. But the staff at Sentinel Storage Argyll made everything so smooth and stress-free! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, helpful, and super accommodating. The entire process—from paperwork to moving in—was seamless. I really appreciate how hassle-free they made it. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for secure storage with great customer service!

I booked my storage unit over the phone and the agent didn’t give me all the details, but when I arrived, Haley was super nice and helpful even though I showed up at the last minute. She explained everything in detail, gave me a tour of the building, and was proactive and friendly in engaging with me.
Highly recommend this establishment if you’re needing a place for your belongings!

I am so glad I switched to Sentinel! The facility is clean and very secure. The access hours are great and the flexibility of the lease is ideal. Hailey, the representative who helped me, and co-worker Laura, were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable!
