Sentinel Storage - Edmonton Coronation

Every staff member I've met at this location is so friendly and helpful. The office is tidy, clean and organized. The storage units are clean and in great condition. I was able to switch to a bigger unit with absolutely no problems. I was able to set up easy auto payments online so that I never forget to pay. All in all, wonderful people that take pride in their work :)

I reserved a storage unit a 10’ x 20’ , which is sometimes very difficult to find. There was one coming up that would be vacant in about a week and it was Marie that helped me and I believe another staff member (Barbara). I must say that Marie was exceptionally good . I expressed that I was moving and I badly needed that unit. Marie was very friendly and exceptionally courteous and very knowledgeable. She followed with me when the unit became vacant . I am very grateful and happy with the service Marie provided. Thank you Marie for the excellent customer service and courtesy follow up . I highly recommend this sentinel location on 14250 111 th ave.

We had a storage unit here, very easy to deal with the pretty woman that wrote up the rental, and the first month was free! Thank you for the great dialogue we were greeted with, just great business sense.

Such lovely staff at the front desk, everyone was so nice from the beginning to the end. Setting everything up and canceling my unit when I no longer needed it was so easy. Would definitely recommend them.

When the security of our unit was compromised, the office staff worked with our organization to facilitate a move to a different unit and then compensated us for the hours of labour to do so. I am thankful for their support, especially Marie, and highly recommend this branch of Sentinel Storage.
