I came back to set up a new company storage locker with the new company I am now with. I was a long-standing customer 2+ yrs ago, and I was hoping the customer service would be the same.
The ladies in the office, Suzanne & Kerri, were friendly, informative and thorough. They showed us everything, went step by step through the process, and made us feel secure. I am very impressed by the commitment to the highest level of customer service and I will continue to keep our company's storage here for as long as possible into the foreseeable future.

Took me long time to wright this review sorry but word sentinel storage 111 ave is a good place to store your stuff the staff are kind, reasonable and awesome. I left my stuff there close to a year. My stuff was safe was taken care of. I was laid on some payments, but I called in and let them know. I was gonna be late, but I was still gonna make the payment and they were reasonable and what stuff was safe. Everything was safe. Good experience with staff clean place nice place and awesome place to keep your stuff thank you Centennial storage for looking after my stuff when I needed it and if everyone needs your services, we’ll come back again 100%. I recommend this place on 111 Centennial storage using voice to text so if it don’t make sense sorry lol

Great location to deal with. Had to rent a unit for a work related shipment, and the management team made it pain free and easy. Ill be booking here again if the situation arises.

An absolutely outstanding storage facility – clean, secure, and incredibly well maintained! The customer service is top-notch, and assistant manager Suzanne goes above and beyond to make the rental process seamless. Her professionalism and genuine care made all the difference – highly recommend!
