Kerri at Sentinel in Edmonton has been amazing! She has been so understanding of my situation and accommodating to me every step of the way! I couldn't have asked for a more kinder person right now. When I needed a storage unit, she recommended the right one for me. When I needed a larger unit, she made the transition for me so easy with no penalties and was so understanding. I would, and have already, recommended this exact location to all of my friends and will return if I need to in the future.

Kerri was so quick to find me a storage unit and so friendly upon check in. She was very kind and professional. I'm looking forward to storing stuff here for the next 4+ weeks while we wait to move into our new home.

I came back to set up a new company storage locker with the new company I am now with. I was a long-standing customer 2+ yrs ago, and I was hoping the customer service would be the same.
The ladies in the office, Suzanne & Kerri, were friendly, informative and thorough. They showed us everything, went step by step through the process, and made us feel secure. I am very impressed by the commitment to the highest level of customer service and I will continue to keep our company's storage here for as long as possible into the foreseeable future.

Kerri and Suzanne at Coronation were amazing. We were looking to move from a different sentinel location that had better security and an office on-site that was also centrally located. Kerri showed me multiple options and Suzanne was also able to assist us with pricing since we are a non-profit organization. The facility was extremely clean, as well as the storage facilities that showed me. Couldn't be happier and we won't be moving away anytime soon.
