Kerri and Suzanne at Coronation were amazing. We were looking to move from a different sentinel location that had better security and an office on-site that was also centrally located. Kerri showed me multiple options and Suzanne was also able to assist us with pricing since we are a non-profit organization. The facility was extremely clean, as well as the storage facilities that showed me. Couldn't be happier and we won't be moving away anytime soon.

Susanna was absolutely amazing upon my reservation and her patience and understanding for personal situations i cant thank her enough... Also their friendly staff and curtesy for being flexible to helping the clients i can't thank them enough aat this location... i am a long term repeat customer and will continue to recomend SentinelStorage... pricing is great awesome starter rates really makes a difference in a tough situation....

I came back to set up a new company storage locker with the new company I am now with. I was a long-standing customer 2+ yrs ago, and I was hoping the customer service would be the same.
The ladies in the office, Suzanne & Kerri, were friendly, informative and thorough. They showed us everything, went step by step through the process, and made us feel secure. I am very impressed by the commitment to the highest level of customer service and I will continue to keep our company's storage here for as long as possible into the foreseeable future.

Great customer experience from both the lovely ladies at the front desk. They even helped me clear the ice my storage locker. The prices were reasonable as well.
