Kerri at Sentinel in Edmonton has been amazing! She has been so understanding of my situation and accommodating to me every step of the way! I couldn't have asked for a more kinder person right now. When I needed a storage unit, she recommended the right one for me. When I needed a larger unit, she made the transition for me so easy with no penalties and was so understanding. I would, and have already, recommended this exact location to all of my friends and will return if I need to in the future.

This was my first experience with Sentinel Storage, and this location exceeded my expectations. The office and storage facility are conveniently located, and the staff were professional, friendly, helpful, and supportive. They provided clear guidance and useful recommendations, and I truly appreciate their excellent customer service. The unit is well maintained, clean, spacious, and convenient for storage. I highly recommend this location for storage needs in West Edmonton.

Kerri and Suzanne at Coronation were amazing. We were looking to move from a different sentinel location that had better security and an office on-site that was also centrally located. Kerri showed me multiple options and Suzanne was also able to assist us with pricing since we are a non-profit organization. The facility was extremely clean, as well as the storage facilities that showed me. Couldn't be happier and we won't be moving away anytime soon.
