Patricia is awesome! I haven't dealt with many locations of Sentinel, and everyone I've spoken to has been welcoming and pleasant, but this lady was super helpful. She handled everything quickly, efficiently, and found me the best deal possible. I can't imagine a better representative for one's business than Patricia.

Pleasant staff only issue we reserved a unit and when we went to pay it. it was already rented out got there before closing hours and no one was there so went back next day and had to take a different unit.
