Achie. A was a great customer service representative and helped me to figure out the size that I needed, 10 x 10 (which I know will fit my stuff). I needed a drive to storage unit but they were all used up. She did show me a different size that was longer but I didn't need it. So I asked for an outside one at a different location in which the other lady (I forgot her name) found one about 5 minutes away for me. I do appreciate their had work in trying to help me out. Great customer service to the both of them! I would recommend this establishment to others.

I had my things stored here for three years, I also added some stuff within that time. NOW after emptying my unit, IT certainly shows 🤔🤣 luckily I have a spare room.. LoL MY rent started at $180 per month for a medium unit then By the time I left IT was $240 per month, However I also had the insurance added to my storage fees incase of fire or damages etc.
Sentinel Storage is an amazing place for storage 😁 a Clean secure atmosphere, this is what everyone wants. I highly recommend this place.

We evaluated several storage companies and spoke to many managers. Brianna, the manager of the Edmonton Northwest location, was by far the best. Her out of the box thinking and willingness to explore alternatives to address our very unique requirements with multiple units made all the difference. She phoned back regularly, which was unexpected but welcome. She did not give up where most companies would barely try to address our needs. Her commitment is exceptional. We’re very happy we went with Sentinel!

We rented a storage unit at Sentinel Storage North West for about nine months, and our experience was positive. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and felt safe and secure. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly throughout our rental period.
I would definitely recommend Sentinel Storage North West to anyone looking for a reliable storage space in the area.

Suzanne was awesome and very knowledgeable. It being my first time using a storage unit, she explained everything in detail from start to finish. I thought it would be a super long process, however I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Suzanne’s customer service was top tier.
