Wonderful customer service when I walked in without an online appointment. They had me setup with a storage unit in only a few minutes and the service representative was patient and very friendly. Nice to have the indoor area to load and unload.

I came to sentinel storage because of an unexpected move, Ashob Nair was very patient and explained all of the options and showed me different storage units and we found one perfect for what was needed. He was very kind, friendly and made the whole process very easy. 10/10 customer service.

I strongly recommend, Ashob Nair! He is very welcoming and friendly. He gave my husband and I the best service and he explained every single detail so thoroughly. He repeated himself in a patient manner as my husband and I’s first language is not English. I feel very comfortable and secure doing business with someone managing as trustworthy as him!
