Storage prices are a bit more expensive due to fact it's fairly new-ish. First 3 cycles are free of charge. Just over 3 weeks. After that, every 28 days you get charged pending on the size of storage. They'll send you reminders, I think 7 days prior.
Every storage space are indoors.
Security is good. Clean place and maintenance is fairly good. I found on my first evening moving my belongings in, the first elevator, closest to the office and indoor vehicle parking works like a charm. No issues. Whereas the 2nd elevator, the alarm goes off, almost every floor. But was shut off soon afterwards. Not sure what happened there but the issue was resolved right away.
Staff are approachable, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I believe they provide private business stuff and those prices vary.
Location is easy to find and easy to exit. Should you require locks, more boxes and other supplies, they can found in the office. Prices are available and normally found in front of the item(s).
Debit or credit cards only. No cash. This Sentinel Storage location is close to shopping and other amenities.
Office hours are a tad bit different from the storage hours. During stat holidays, the offcie is closed but the storage portion is still accessible. Just remember your access code and your good to go.

Had a great experience today! Very pleasant salesperson showed me the two units she thought would be best for my stuff. Smooth process. The building is very clean and the elevators are huge! Also feels very secure.

Rented a storage locker for our move, Kacey was very helpful and knowledgeable every time we came in. She let us see different units and decide which one worked best for us. Facilities are clean and well taken care of. Would recommend and will come back if I ever need to store anything!
