Update to my original post.
I had a great experience with Sentinel Storage on Elwood Drive when I made a few changes to my possession date due to changes in my move from residence to storage. I asked if they would still honor the 4 free weeks when initially booked in January when they had their promotion, and they did. I have to commend Lee for making all of these changes a very positive experience. I highly recommend this location, especially for it being indoors with all of the moving equipment provided to take my stuff to the third floor. Thank you!

Zobia was the personnel at Sentinel office located at Elwood St. when we inquired. She was very patient in giving my husband and me the details about. Renting a unit. She has a pleasant and amiable, to very helpful and accommodating.
Zobia have us a tour of the place and showed us the different in nits and their sizes. The place was clean and ty is dry.

I went in for the first time and dealt with Lee. She was super friendly and very informative. She took the time to give me a tour showed me the different options and helped me pick the right size unit for what I needed. Highly recommended!
