One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! My girlfriend had been having a hard time today because some individuals at another store were pretty mean to her. Lee and Harshmeet really cheered her up (which meant a lot to me, happy wife, happy life!). They were so kind and accommodating. They made renting a storage unit such as a great experience. To top it off, they were so thorough. They gave us a tour of our unit, switched it over to a bigger one to meet our needs, and repeatedly detailed the procedures for getting in and out of the storage unit. If you want great customer service, thorough help, or even need to cheer up, definitely go to this location!

I wish I could give a million stars to this location! Somehow Lee and Harshmeet made renting a storage unit an amazing experience. They were so friendly, kind, funny, warm, energetic and just a delight to be around! Great customer service. They really care and want to help you at this location. So much so that I am excited to go back just to see them again (who knew someone could be excited to go to their storage unit lol). Definitely choose this Sentinel Storage location! You will not regret it and it will change your whole view on going to your storage unit!! They honestly have the best customer service that I have ever seen in my life!!

My experience with sentinel storage/ Elwood drive was exceptionally excellent! staff are cooperative &. highly skilled especially Sophia (manager staff) she is the best in terms of handling customer service! I highly recommend.

I stored my belongings here for a full year, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The facility was always clean, secure, and well-maintained. I had peace of mind knowing my items were safe the entire time. The staff were helpful and friendly whenever I needed assistance.
