Unbelievably great experience the staff there was super nice a guy and a girl can't remember their names I think his name was Abraham. Very friendly and courteous in accommodating got me the unit that I needed showed me how to use the gates. excellent service. Would definitely recommend. Had this aroma inside the office when you walk in I thought it was someone's cologne or something it smelled really good

You ever have one of those days where every little thing goes wrong and by itself it wouldn't be a big deal but put together makes a chaotic day? Well, I guess I was having one of those days and one of the small things that went wrong was entering the code I mistakenly thought was correct to get into the Sentinel West storage facility where my company has 2 storage lockers. Code was fine first time, why isn't it working now? What is going on? I have a truck waiting to deliver some items to one of our lockers and I can't get in or let him in!!?!?! I go into the office and can I just say I'm so glad Dean was there. Not only did his calm & helpful disposition immediately disarm me but he was so eager to help, he confirmed the info we had on file, I had my boss call in so he could confirm I wasn't just some rando off the street demanding to get into the premises. Dean figuratively walked me off the ledge...he's got exceptional customer service, combined with his pleasant demeanor, I'm certain had it been anyone else, my day would've been ruined. He was so helpful, genuinely seemed to care to resolve my issue, if I could hive a 6 star review, I would. Thank you Dean, you're a gem.
