First time renting a storage unit at sentinel, i had an awesome experienced with the staff Brittney&Tammy. These two are extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and thorough. I had a great experience with Sentinel Storage in Edmonton, thanks to Brittney and Tammi. Both of them were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and making sure I got exactly what I needed.
Their customer service really stood out—they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access.
Highly recommend this location, especially because of Brittney and Tammi. Five-star service all around!

I did not end up using a unit, but their customer service was amazing. I reserved a storage unit as i needed to potentially put my stuff in storage. It was easy to set up and the staff was amazing helping with reserving the unit. I ended up finding a place in time so I did not need to use the storage unit. Their customer service when I needed to cancel was very quick and easy. Thank you for your help!
