Sentinel Storage - Edmonton Winterburn

We were looking to confirming arrangements for storage and checking that the documentation was correct. I initially spoke with Linda who was very professional, upbeat and helpful. We went to the office to complete the transaction and obtain our entry code. Richard was in the Stony Plain office at the time who explained everything we needed to know, from contract details to buying a padlock for our storage unit. Richard was so helpful, professional, upbeat and very customer oriented. He even threw in a couple of jokes. It was a pleasure dealing with Richard and would not hesitate to use Sentinel again in the future. Thank you so much Richard

I have been using storage companies all across Canada and America for about 20 years. Sentinel has proven that they offer good secure storage systems and solutions for probably the best prices/ft. That however is not what has spawned this review. 2024: in a world where social skills and customer service values are at an all time low, within sentinel storage resides an employee that takes every persons (doesn’t even have to be a customer yet) issues or needs as a top priority! He knows what his company can provide, he works with the client seamlessly, and should an issue arise…… making the call to him I guarantee will have a smile on your face by the culmination of the conversation! RICHARD (and never use a short form for his name because he is anything but that). Thank you for being the awesome charismatic purveyor of storage solutions and also a man of the people! I truly hope your team sees what I have seen and knows the gem they have running the business like you do! Keep up the great work man. I dare not stray from sentinel storage because I know how committed to my satisfaction you are for me to be there! 10/10 would recommend

The manager Lori was very nice, and easy to talk to. We ended up chatting for a while and she was so informative when going over the rental agreement, and she made me laugh, she's so funny and gives great examples of where and why the rules are how they are. It was a nice experience , very refreshing! Their promotion is amazing right now and was the savings grace for me this month. Richard also basically saved my life in a desperate time of need. They are accommodating and always look out and want to help their customers. I recommend these guys to anyone and everyone wondering if they should get a storage. If you're looking at reviews wondering should I go here, your answer is right in the pudding......YES !

Richard and Lori are the best for customer service. They have all the answers regarding storage rentals! Any questions when asked they know how to respond in a very understanding and polite manner. They have good ears for listening to anything we have to say! I am so grateful for their service.
