I have utilized Sentinel Storage services on two occasions and highly recommend them. Their facilities are secure, featuring clean, concrete-padded units free from pests or unpleasant odors. They offer 24-hour surveillance and keypad entry for enhanced security. A wide range of unit sizes is available, from small lockers to drive-through units, and customers can purchase locks and packing supplies on-site. They frequently offer attractive incentives, which I encourage you to explore. The sign-up process is straightforward, and vacating a unit is equally simple: customers are expected to leave the unit in the same clean condition as when rented, and then notify the company.

I rented here for about two years from this storage facility. Overall it was quite a good experience except for a couple of situations. Every negative was the gate not working. And wouldn't you know if that's the time I needed to get in. There was one situation where my son was taking stuff to Vancouver and was leaving that morning at 6 AM. They did not get the door fixed the night before or for four days … He could not load up his vehicle. He landed up having to leave two days later. There was also situations where that gate would freeze or something and it just would not be operable. Other than that it was a pleasant experience it's very well run. The manager is kind and a good listener. The issue of having to phone the 1-800 number and beg for someone to please fix the gate. I think it could use a little bit more Supervision at that particular site where they are coming at least once a day to check the gate. And having a company on call that will fix it immediately within hours rather than days.

The store assistant manager, Cindy, is very easy to work with. The site is usually very well maintained.
