Suzanne was awesome and very knowledgeable. It being my first time using a storage unit, she explained everything in detail from start to finish. I thought it would be a super long process, however I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Suzanne’s customer service was top tier.

Storage is expensive. Three years ago I didn't think so but things have changed. Having said that as far as storage outfits go it is good. I can go there whenever I want and it is very accessible.. so in spite of the price which is pretty competitive with other places, overall I would recommend it.

I'm a delivery person and the staff have always been very helpful and patient, doing whatever it takes to assist me to deliver to the units they rent.
