I won a storage unit through an auction at this facility and had a great experience from start to finish. The process was clear, well organized, and everything went smoothly.
I especially want to highlight Donna — she was incredibly helpful and professional. Donna explained all the rules clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Her attitude and customer service really stood out.
Overall, a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone participating in storage auctions or looking for storage space.

It was quick and easy. The manager walked me thru the lease was polite and helpful. Took me to look at unit gave me a run thru of access procedures and all done. Unit was clean and perfect size. Definitely recommend!

The most professional company i’ve dealt with so far, they had everything set up so easily and helped me out since it was my first time dealing with storage units!
The manager Donna was so kind and helpful and even when I was in a rush and missing certain things she helped me out and made sure i understood everything clearly.
I highly recommend leasing from them, perfect service and the nicest manager ever.
