I cannot say enough about the incredible service we received at StorageMart on Fort Road in Edmonton. Alisha was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She took the time to walk us through the different sizes of storage units, even showing us each one so we could make the best choice for our needs.
She was extremely helpful in finding us the best deal and even offered us the flexibility to change to a smaller unit later if needed to make things more financially manageable. What truly stood out was her patience and compassion. My dad recently had a stroke and requires more time to process information. Alisha took the time to explain everything in detail so he could fully understand, and that meant the world to us.
Everything about our experience was perfect and exceeded expectations. The customer service we received from Alisha was outstanding—she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and confident in our decision.
I highly recommend StorageMart on Fort Road, especially if you have the pleasure of working with Alisha. She made a stressful situation so much easier, and we are very grateful. Thank you, Alisha!

I had a wonderful experience with Corinne. She made this experience go smoothly and helped my mother and I get a storage locker. She was so kind and compassionate, also very understanding. She was funny and made us laugh 🤣. Thank you Corrine for going above and beyond!

Initially, I had some concerns because certain agreements weren't being honored, but I have to give credit to the team—after a quick call, they stepped up and made it right immediately. The staff here are friendly and the location itself is nice.
However, the property maintenance needs serious attention. There are far too many 'slip zones,' which is a massive liability. Specifically, the concrete inside the units becomes an absolute ice rink. While I understand the 'use at your own risk' nature of storage, stepping into a unit and having your feet go out from under you is unacceptable.
For a business to retain long-term clients, basic safety and property upkeep should be a priority. It’s a good spot, but they need to address these hazards before someone gets seriously hurt.

Yay on a Saturday, My mom and I had a great experience at Storage Mart! Corinne, working here at the front desk , was absolutely fantastic. She was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and helped me find the perfect storage solution for my needs. Her professionalism and excellent customer service skills made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
