I hated it when it was bluebird I have many story’s about why but since they switched to SmartStop Self Storage my whole perspective of this location changed. I was going through some financial troubles and they called me when my unit should have started the process of going to auction and they gave me a few extra days to figure out how to pay the amount I owed so I could get my stuff then terminate my lease. Not only that they didn’t cut my lock and just put there’s on. They just put there lock overtop of mine so I didn’t need to bring or buy a new lock. Also they said I had 24 hours to get all my stuff out and I just spoke to Shay (it might have been Say) and he’s one of the most understanding person I’ve met at any storage unit place. My 24 hours should be till 6pm today which is 3.5h and I called just to confirm I had till 6 and he said if I needed one extra day to get everything out then he doesn’t mind which I don’t think any storage facility would do. If I need a storage unit again I’m only going to SmartShop Self Storage. After asking what there prices are they are the best I’ve heard and he even recommended his old location.

The best price in Edmonton. Has security just like all the other storage companies. Admin fee is a 1 time payment. Insurance only $12
All storage comp have Admin fee. Sentinel Storage North, Insurance is $20/month 10x20 $460. I moved out of Sentinel Storage and into SmartStop Storage. So worth it.

This is the first time I've rented a storage locker from SmartStop and so far it's been a positive experience the location I chose was easy to access from a few directions! I delt with Shay he was very helpful from start to finish of the renting my locker, so if you are looking for a place to store extra items you have no space for check out SmartStop their prices are reasonable!
